An otherwise everyday city location brought to life by winter sunshine with agreeable tones on a refurbished footbridge between railway station yellow carpark and Peterborough's Queens gate. Sunlight from a low sun in the sky streams through Coloured panels of glass with a strong pattern of solid shadow transformed this public space into a strong graphic piece of street art.
